Övgü Ülgen

Övgü Ülgen studied sociology at Middle East Technical University until 2011 and then lived in Paris where she studied at École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, focusing on forced migration, collective memory, urban politics, and state violence in Turkey. She is currently a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Montreal.
