Lebanese animator David Habchy is the co-director of ‘Wehde’, a poetic video clip inspired by Lebanon’s 1943 independence and the dream of someday see the country overcome its divisions.

David Habchy was born, raised and potty-trained in Lebanon. He was always passionate about mixing photography, illustration, theatre and music, so he ended up majoring in computer graphics and animation. Now, he is working as a freelancer animator and illustrator in the attic of an old Lebanese house and eating vegetables in his spare time.
